Delicious pick me up after a strenuous workout. My go to for after runs or lifting.

This stuff tastes great and I notice that I don’t recover as well when I forget to take it. With cold water, it’s easy to drink and very light. With cow or coconut milk, it’s like a tasty dessert! It’s a little pricey in my opinion, but given the ingredients and how it helps me recover its worth it.
