My husband and I find the Skratch recovery drinks very effective after longer rides or runs. They taste great! Weve tried all 3 flavors and the Horchata tastes like cinnamon snickerdoodle cookies....I mix the coffee and horchata together...yum. Weve noticed that we arent as sore after our workouts when we drink this within 30 minutes afterward.

I have consistently used Skratch products including the chocolate recovery drink for almost a year. The liquids greatly help prevent cramping after long cycling rides. I noticed the NEW chocolate recovery drink lacks the richness of the previous version. The overall effectiveness of the drink remains but the rich quality of the chocolate is missing.

If you like chocolate taste this is a good recovery drink flavor. Works well add cold water and shake or add to hot coffee and stir.

I really enjoyed this post recovery workout shake. Seemed to help my muscles and tasted very good!

Tastes great and is easy to mix

Just realized there is cholesterol in this. It works great but because I’m watching cholesterol, I’m going to order the tailwind recovery product that has none in it! No idea whether it will work as well.

I really enjoy this product. I have used other products for recovery and this one by far is the best. It dissolves better and is not gritty. I typically use it after a long or harder run workout.

I bought this to be an official recovery drink after hard training, but when mixed according to the instructions, its a watery version of chocolate milk. It may have more nutrients and less sugar, but it doesnt replicate the creaminess or satisfaction of a glass of chocolate milk.

Awesome taste. Mixes well with a blender bottle. Actually do look forward to drinking at the end of a long, hard, effort. Price point is a little steep for limited servings.
