I have had other noise cancelling headphones but these are simply the best I have had this far. The battery life is great.

Before purchasing the new line of Hesh headphones, I had been using my Hesh 2 headphones for a while, and those are loud, and have a very clean sound. So when I wanted to upgrade to new headphones, I discovered that Skullcandy had released the ANC Hesh headphones, and based off my experience with Hesh 2, I thought that upgrading to these headphones would have an even better sound. However upon delivery of my package, and testing the product out, I was very disappointed. When plugging my headphones to my phone, and began playing my favorite music, I noticed immediately that the max volume seemed much more quite than the Hesh 2 headphones. On top of the quite volume, the sound was not as clear as the other headphones. I even played around with my sound settings to try to match the quality as my old headphones, but I still experience a negative difference of sound quality. I was mostly disappointed because of the many reviews that praised how clean the sound was, which convinced me to purchase the product. I will be returning these headphones and continue to use Skullcandy’s Hesh 2 headphones. In my opinion, I would not purchase these headphones.

Everything is amazing about them, these are my first over ear headphones and I had to get use to them but everything worked out. Noise cancellation is awesome, sound quality is good, i don’t use them 24/7 only for about an hour or a couple so the battery life is good. !Watch out! After getting them I noticed there’s a ticking sound that happens only in the car, having sensory problems it gets on my nerves. I’ve read other reviews and it’s happened to others so I’m not sure what to do about it. Overall great product, I’ve loved skullcandy ear buds since I was a kid and thought I’d try something new, not 100% but still amazing and does the job for my sensory overload episodes.

I purchased the Skullcandy headphones based on the positive reviews I had seen online, but I have to say that Im extremely disappointed with my purchase. The sound quality is subpar at best and the bass is overly emphasized to the point of distortion. The highs are tinny and the mids are muddled, making it difficult to discern any details in the music. Additionally, the headphones are uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The ear cups are too small and dont fit properly over my ears, causing them to become sore and fatigued after just an hour or two of use. The headband is also too tight, causing discomfort and headaches. The build quality of the headphones is also disappointing. The plastic feels cheap and flimsy, and the hinges that allow the ear cups to swivel are loose and wobbly. Im concerned that they will break easily and wont last very long. Overall, I would not recommend these Skullcandy headphones to anyone. The sound quality is poor, they are uncomfortable to wear, and the build quality is subpar. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality pair of headphones.

They make train trips faster.

DO NOT get these for noise canceling Pros - comfortable - easy to use - battery life - Bass is good great if you want to go deaf Cons - 4/10 for the noise cancelling DON’T make the same mistake as me buying these because of the anc.

The bass on it. The fact that i can not hear a single thing when i have the noise canceling on fr orgasm in my ears.

This is my second pair of Skull Candy hesh, I have the Hesh 3 for working, and bought these for around the house/yardwork. Noise canceling works somewhat, but there are several things that go right through (vacuum cleaner literally has no noise canceling...) Sound quality is pretty good, but lacks some of the deep lows, but still better than many other headphones I have used, especially for the price point. Would probably buy again for price, but would go with the Crushers if I had the choice.

I use these for listening to music and podcasts as well as noise cancelation on flights and when I’m reading and am very happy with them. They fit my smallish head comfortably. I’m sure there is a reason behind it but it is frustrating to ne that the included charge cord is exclusive to only these headphones and that it is only 3” long. Super awkward and if I lose it there is no other cord that will fit the charge port that I can use. My old Hesh 3’s at least used a universal style charge port. Now I have to keep track of a new style just for these which has proven more than once already to be a pain. Otherwise they have been a great upgrade and replacement to the old style.
