> 3 dayThe first thing I noticed is how light the Hesh ANC headphones are. They are mostly made of plastic and I do worry a bit about the build quality. The traditional design is more on the serious -almost professional side and I actually like it. The Skullcandy logo is inconspicuously placed on the headband. The headband is flexible, but I would be careful not to flex it too much. There is some slight padding on the underside. The earcups swivel 180 degrees and can be collapsed for a smaller profile. The earcups have a matte finish that can oddly attract fingerprints quite a bit. The memory foam earpads are covered by good quality leatherette. The controls can be found on the right cup and are easily accessible. You also have a 3.5mm jack and a USB-C port. Included, there is a canvas carrying bag with a couple of inside pockets. which is decent enough to protect the headphones. As far as comfort, the Hesh ANCs are exceptional. Initially, I was worried about the small padding on the headband, but after wearing them after a while, noticed that it is not a big deal at all because of how light they are. While there is some clamping force, I never noticed any discomfort because the memory foam and leatherette covers are super soft. I wore them for hours on end with no issues. These are Bluetooth 5.0 and connecting them was easy. I maintained a good connection while moving around my medium apartment with no problems. I did not experience any discernible lag when watching videos or playing games. I am very happy that I can control everything from ANC, calls, tracks, to volume, and even the voice assistant from the headset. There is absolutely no need to reach out for the phone. The battery life does not break any records but is good enough with up to 22 hours. I ended up charging them after a couple of days. It’s a good thing that the “Rapid Charge” feature allows for 10 minutes of charging to add 3 hours of playtime, or, if you happen to run out completely, use the included 3.5mm cord. The sound is typical Skullcandy, which is focused more on mainstream listening. However, I noticed that there were two different sound signatures when listening with ANC on or off. With ANC off, there is a heavy emphasis on bass, which is actually well presented, with deep impact and “thump”. The mids are a bit recessed, but still noticeable. The highs reached a good, clear level. I would describe the sound as fun and head-nodding. With ANC on, I was surprised how much the sound changed. The bass was brought down but still was punchy and powerful. The mids were pushed forward more, allowing vocals and rhythm instruments to shine. The highs were also increased, and while it created a bit of sibilance, never felt fatiguing. The sound is more open and “airy” with a greater soundstage. I like this effect since I can switch between thumpy deep bass when listening to hip-hop or rap, or activate ANC and enjoy live, vocal, and classical music much better. I am disappointed that the Hesh ANCs are not compatible with the Skullcandy app. While this adds to the simplicity, it would have been nice being able to change the sound EQ and it would have increased the value. The Noise Cancellation (ANC) is rather impressive at this price range. While not good as other premium headphones that cost more than twice, The Hesh ANCs are able to drown out most traffic and some noises like vacuuming. The “Ambient Mode” is welcome when the need to be aware of the environment is needed. I like that the ambient mode does not seem too fake when activated, and you can actually carry a conversation (although I think it’s rude to keep them on). The call quality is great. I never had any issues and was heard quite clearly -except under windy conditions. The mics pick up so much wind noise that it is almost impossible to hear and be heard, just so you know. In the end, this is a great entry-level ANC headset. While the build quality could have been better and there should be app support, the comfort, full controls, professional design, decent ANC/Ambient Mode, and surprising sound signature (both of them) make the Hesh ANCs a great purchase.

> 3 dayOverall Ive been using it for a while and I can say its really nice. If your using it on PC and want the sound quality to be more to you fitting I suggest downloading the Fxsound to adjust how you want it to sound like. Oh and no this is not a AD.

> 3 dayThese are the worst! Cheap headphones that constantly cut out and have static despite connectivity. The only good thing is the battery life… do not recommend!

> 3 dayThe headphones sounded good, fit well and the noise cancelling did a fairly good job. I constantly had connection issues though which inevitably made me give up on using the headphones.

> 3 dayI have never had an issue with skullcandy. Package arrived, box was great, not damaged at all. Headphones felt great trying them on and they did drown out the sound a bit even when not turned on! Unfortunately the pair I was sent would not charge despite multiple chords, and would not turn on. Its upsetting, considering these arent the cheapest headphones on the market.
