My six year old loves these guys. All the skylanders have such fun character and abilities. He would play with them all day if I let him. He and his friends actually like to use them as figures to play with off the screen too.

I didnt realize that you need a whole new starter pack for Giants. The kids were disappointed to get Skylander Giants but not the portal. For those of us that are not fluent in video games speak, it shouldve clearly stated on the packaging what is needed in order to play with these figures.
