Portable, provides independence

I got the SKYROKU Potty Training Seat with Step Stool Ladder for my 4 1/2 year old son to use. He has a toddler potty that he uses and we are trying to get him to use the regular toilet to get ready for school (and life). This step stool ladder is easy to assemble. I like that the cushion is removable which makes it easy to clean. This does fold up for storage but it is still a little bulky. I have a small bathroom in my apartment and we need to keep this in the hallway. Once my son is up on the little seat he likes using this, but the ladder itself is a little unsteady. I dont feel comfortable with him climbing up by himself. Even with rubber pads on the bottom it still moves a bit. Overall, my son and I like this. However, as I mentioned I only feel comfortable with him using this if I am there.

Just what we needed

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. My granddaughter loved it.

It does have adjustable height, but even at its lowest was too tall for one of my toilets but not for in the other. My granddaughter can move it arround and put it on herself. I have had to clean under the seat more than I wanted but I think it was a good purchase.

I like this method of potty training because it allows my daughter to feel like she is using the big girl potty. She is able to get it out herself and put it in place. It seems very sturdy and we havent had any accidents with slipping or falling. It also folds up relatively small, we slide it right next to the toilet for her to pull out and use.
