> 3 dayListen, if you want to buy a starter pc here is your pick. It works beautifully. The noise level isn’t that loud and all of the features are awesome. Except for 2 things. The other reviews were right, there was a lose screw but it shouldn’t be a big deal to figure out where it came from. And the other thing is that the memory is so small. I would definitely recommend this to any people that want a pc to start from.

Greater than one weekI have bought two computers so far from this company. They are both really good quality. The only (really minor complaint) is that there is a mount for a second solid state drive but it lacks the screws that are supposed to be with it. The computers are well built, well protected during shipping, and the cases are very durable as well as pretty (side bonus). They are neatly put together. You do have to have a cd/dvd drive of your own as it does not come with one. I just picked up a little usb 20 dollar one to go with it. The first computer I got that has very slightly lower specs to this one, plays the new flight simulator game well, on a 4k monitor. I would say if you are a gamer, you may want to plan to add a secondary drive sooner than later due to the size of the new games, but most gamers already know this/have one anyway. There are enough slots to add up to a total of 4 drives altogether.

> 3 dayLikes: Good quality for the price. Fast, easy set-up...although Id rather have had additional ram as opposed to the colored light circus. Im replacing a great 10-year-old system so I guess I need to adjust my thinking. Still, all in all its a great buy, lots of horsepower for the price.

> 3 dayIve had this pc for over a month and first impressions were not great. The amount of struggles I had setting this up with the help of 2 people who have built pcs in the past was insane. I had so many problems with the case fans not working and the trouble shoot guide really didnt help at all. After a good 4 days of trying to find out the problem it got fixed. However one rgb fan is faulty and only half of it could light up leading me to have to replace the fans. For a first time pc yeah its good for gaming, but setting it up is a struggle and might as well save extra money on the side incase you have to replace parts completely.

> 3 dayI just got the computer today and unpacked it and did complete set up. First start went well with Windows starting as expected. Installed a few of my main programs that I used from my old computer and restarted to finish windows update and now its 2 hours later and still waiting for computer to start. Ive restarted several times now and does not get past boot screen. I even went to full windows wipe and re-install and does not start now. After wipe now does not turn on at all. Just power cycles every 30 seconds (video).

> 3 dayCustomer support did it’s job so I decided to give an updated review. I love this rig! The hard drive slot is easy to find for this particular model (ST-Arch3.0-0038) and super easy to install, which I had a problem with prior because my hard drive didn’t come with the screws to screw it into the bracket. You’re gonna want #6-32 mounting hard drive screws. You’re also going to want to consider a newer graphics card in the future when you get this PC as the GTX 1660 Super 6GB is very solid for most games out now, but bottlenecks (holds back potential) the rig. I still get 70 FPS on max settings on the Witcher 3, so I won’t be getting any upgrades for a couple of years unless the GPU holds my performance back too much.
