> 3 dayI bought this computer and was very excited for it to arrive as it was a good deal on an rtx 3070. It arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, when I went to turn on the computer, the display had no response. I tested my hdmi cable on my laptop, and it worked perfectly. I had to open up the computer and jostle around the gpu to find out that the connection was very loose. When turning on the computer again, this time it showed white and green lines on the display. It is either a faulty gpu or just a very loose connection to the motherboard causing the issue. The “quality control” paper that Skytech sends you says that they “tested” the computer and everything is working perfectly, so I don’t know how they didn’t find ANY issues with the display when testing it. I am writing this review to let others know that you are taking a risk when buying from Skytech. It is crazy that a completely new computer can have such a big issue such as a defective gpu when they have “tested” it already.

> 3 dayJust a couple of months after one year warranty expired the computer died. No lights, no sounds, nothing. Just got it back from shop and was told the power supply failed, and that all components except the graphics card and CPU are cheap inferior products. The power supply had to be replaced.

> 3 dayGiving it one star because it lasted one year and one month old before hard drive went bad. Paying $220 for PC to be repaired. A thousand dollar computer hard drive should last 5 years. No warranty after 12 months. How convienent for them

> 3 daySo I orignally paid for this computer with the white case. When I received my computer it was in a black case so I got in touch with the seller and they advised that they sent me an upgraded pc with a GTX 2080 super instead. They advised I can send in the upgrade and get my computer with the white case if I want. I advised that I will keep the upgrade since I dont mind the black case.

> 3 dayI originally bought a model that was $50 less and that had the 1660 GPU and 8 gbs of RAM compared to this one with the 1660 Super and 16 gbs of RAM. I sent an email to customer support and they helped me cancel that order and purchase this model. So it was a nice buying experience. When I got the computer I was impressed by how it looks inside, clean with a lot of space. I also bought a 2 TB HDD and installing it was a breeze. If you want to install an HDD, there is a space for it next to the power supply, on the other side of the tempered glass. There is bracket for it there, like in my picture. You only need an extra SATA cable for that. At first I was impressed by how neatly all the cables were back there but I had to cut a zip tie that held a bundle of cables to use one of them to power the HDD. Thats when I took that picture, and not after that did I realize that this company included several extra zipties you can use to put them back neatly. That was very impressive, and I think that they did a good job in allowing the buyer to add an extra storage device, because there is also an unused slot for an SDD in the front(glass side). Boot up was easy, it was just Windows so overall I give this 5 stars. Just keep in mind Ive only had it a couple days but if nothing changes this will remain 5 stars.
