Ive had the computer for 3 Months now and Ive had no issues with it. I was very hesitating buying a pre-build, but it was a great idea from my part. I didnt have to take care of parts and all that drama. I would encourage you to get this Pc if you are new to this world and want to enjoy your favorite games at their finest quality.

For a mid-price ranged gaming PC, this computer is arguably the most efficient in terms of cost to performance, which is why I chose it after hours of comparing and contrasting each individual component of it, and each of their relative costs. Its a must have IMO

Was pleased with the performance. It was a bit disconcerting that it had no DVD drive but most applications are available online so not really an issue. Enjoyed it for two weeks or so before the SSD gave up the ghost in the middle of a game. Everything locked up and that was it. Contacted Amazon support and tech was decent and agreed with my diagnosis (dead SSD). Contacted manufacturer directly and they offered to send a replacement drive. Was still within Amazon return policy so opted to return to Amazon... Was unable to get a replacement (price increased $100 I guess) so just returned it. Good, solid machine, too bad I was to cheap to replace it. Thanks for listening to my mini-rant :)

Really great starter pc it runs games really well. only downside is the storage and ram need to be updated

Next month will be 2 years since I bought this system. Its still capable of playing everything my daughters attempts. works seamlessly with her oculus quest 2 for vr.

Its almost been a year since I purchased this computer.Still running strong and plays World of Warcraft pretty well.Average fps 60 to 75.A few things I dont like is small hardrive storage and could use more ram.Has no CD DVD drive.

Got this as Xmas gift for my son. It was easy to setup, with the exception of some weird packing material inside the unit itself, which we had not idea if we had to remove and throw away or use it somehow. The instructions should specify what to do with it. My son says it is much faster than his prior PC and his games play faster on it and graphics are better.

So far so good. My son loves it.

This is a powerful pc for the price. On mostly low settings I can get a solid 250-300 fps in Fortnite and the setup was super quick and easy. The rgb is sick and the pc booted up nice and quick. I had it on for 6 hours and did not see or feel any overheating and it felt fine.
