To everyone that is considering this purchase please dont hesitate to do so. It is packaged extremely well. The PC is small and compact which is a huge bonus for me. It came with a RGB membrane keyboard and a RGB gaming mouse with 2 programmable buttons. They both game with rope wiring which is always a plus! Both were generous and I will be testing them out before I say theyre no good for me. I have not received my monitor yet. I am very pleased with everything so far and I am excited to fire it up!

Updated!! The problem was the RAM had become loose. The companys website gave the advice to reseat the RAM and it did work. Nick, from tech support did call back the same day I left a voicemail and was very pleasant.

Good price for the product, but I had issues with drivers for graphics card and wireless card.

This is the first gaming computer that I have ever owned. I am so in love with it! The lights are so pretty and I dont think it gets hot. I will continue buying from Skytech!!

It works great and looks great in my room too. I am supper happy with this product.

Does not work. It would not connect to WiFi

Computer arrived and didnt work. Turns out it had a bad wi-fi card. Left numerous voicemails (they never answer phone), emails and text. Received no response. Finally responded by text and said they would send new card. They did not send the new card until days later when I threatened to file with my credit card. The computer is working now, but I dont feel I can rely on their warranty/tech support. Terrible customer service!

Bought this computer on a budget and among the desktops available on amazon, decided on Skytech. I built my last PC but became out of touch with the new components that have come out like DDR4 Ram and new chipset mounts. Because of those components, I found it easier to just have something pre-built to be able to upgrade or add on to later if needed. This skytech PC seemed to be the best one out there.

First of all eye catching! Love the flashing colors and that I can see through it. Secondly the noise from the fans can be turned down to a silent mode thats nice for when we are playing games late at night and dont want to wake anyone! As for gaming I love how smooth everything runs. Definitely would recommend!!
