Sleeping Queens 10th Anniversary Tin Card Game

My daughter was introduced to this game by a friend and she had to have it! This is a deluxe version and has more queens, which she loves. We play this game all the time the family is obsessed with it.

Such a great family game! Both our 6 & 9 year old girls quickly learned the rules and can play together with just the two of them now too. The game helps them practice their addition skills, (particularly our 6 year old). The pictures/characters on the cards are super cute. The cards are high quality and come in a nice storage box.

1. There are at least 20 number cards that do basically...nothing.

A colleague of mine recommended this game to me when I was looking for a gift for my granddaughter. She said that her daughter had played it when she was younger and loved it. She was right! My son FT me when they were playing; she was having a great time. I would recommend this highly. Its fun, engaging and easy to learn.

This game is more than luck- it requires strategizing and using math skills to get more valuable cards. It did take us a little while to catch on to the game, probably a solid 40 minutes. But once we got past our trial hands, it got better and better! My hubby- who does not care much for games- looks forward to playing. My nine-year-old has gotten SO creative with using math equations to trade for better cards. We use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Its one of our favorite games now, and weve bought it as a gift for others twice. If youre on the fence- buy it! Just spend a little more and get the tin/ anniversary edition. It has more cards.

My 10 year old son has wanted this game for a long time. Its easy to learn, fast paced, and fun. I highly recommend it.

These are absolutely beautiful, quality cards. My seven-year-old to my teenager enjoys playing this game, together with dear old dad and mom!

Bought it to play with grandkids on a recent visit. Their parents joined in. Grandkids liked it so much, they asked to take it home, which they did. We bought another one to have at our house for future visits. Good for all ages.
