These were the perfect solution to our dog opening the sliding doors! Super easy to install and worked exactly as advertised. Have been using them for weeks now with no issue and the adhesive has not gotten loose or anything either. Definitely recommend!

It is very effective in preventing toddlers from escaping, especially if you have a pool. It may not allow doors to slide easily past each other due to thickness of device. I had to grind off a little on the leading edge.

Ordered these last minute when we had kids visiting, easy to install and worked as described. Wish I could have gotten them in black to match my sliders but thankful for the quick, safe, non permanent/damaging option. Thank you!

I was pretty surprised at how simple this sliding door lock was. Its just a spring loaded wedge that you stick directly onto the stationary door. I didnt think that it was slim enough for the sliding door to pass by, but it worked out just fine. I have it adhered to a glass door and the 3M tape seems to be holding fine. I wonder if time/heat will cause any issues. I know that its strong enough to handle toddler strength, but I feel I need to be extra careful because repeated forceful attempts at opening the door could cause the lock to come off. Luckily this is a 5 pack, so if any of those issues come up later on down the road I have it covered. It is pretty simple, but works out great and doesnt require any real installation.
