Greater than one weekWas so excited when i got this bag. I wanted a laptop bag for work that wouldnt cause me to strain my back. I used it once and when I got home, I saw that the metal piece to the clip on the back (for the strap) was gone. I cant use the bag anymore. Besides that, I wouldve given this product high marks. Dissapointed.
