Have only had this since February 2023 and it has hardly even been used. First trip and the seam has already ripped out, and of course its 3 days past my return window. I only carry a 15 laptop that weighs like 3 pounds, some charging cables and adapters and some misc stuff that really doesnt have much weight at all. Ive had other bags that have lasted years and out through way more abuse. Very disappointed with the quality of this backpack.

Cross shoulder bag is a serious accessory to your every day life a necessity.

As you can see from the photos the stitching is coming apart I really like the bag great for what I need however I dont know what to do about the stitching coming apart

We traveled to Africa in Oct 2022 and this was my first use of this bag. My intent was to use the bag as my carry on and as a day pack while in Africa. The seam started to separate on the first leg of the trip and got worse as the trip progressed. I did not use as a day pack. I like the bag. It appeared to be well made but it is unusable as is.

Not recommended: I liked the look and color and the roomy pockets, but during my first use on a short trip, the bottom left plastic connector pulled off and was lost. I didnt even realized it had fallen. I realize now, that the plastic connectors on the lower ribbons can easily be pulled off. The manufacture needs to secure the connector much better or they will eventually fall off. Im waiting to hear from the seller.

Excellent for day trips with handy design. Main zipper failed after two years.

Impressed with the bag. For the past 10 years I’ve carriend a backpack with me everywhere I’ve gone. My pack has usually been way bigger than needed so having a smaller pack and the fact that you can put it over either shoulder is great. It’s my favorite “around town” pack.

I really loved the look of this bag. I am a big guy and this was a great side. I purchased it and had to return it. One of the side pockets was not stitched in to the seam at the top. This left it unattached at the top. Another issue was the earbud pass through. The outside looked good with a rubber grommet and on the inside liner there is an x cut in the liner, with no grommet or stitching. The x cut was too small for my earbuds to pass through and ripped when I attempted to use. I had it replaced and the new bag was worse. The same issue with same side pocket and the earbud pass through the front pockets under the flap were not stitched in a straight fashion. The pocket was misshaped and had extra material in sone spots and tight in others. Stitching could be seen on some seams due to the high tension in the seam. I returned the second bag also and purchasing something else. I had communicated with seller after first bag and have not heard from them. just sorry I didnt take pics to show the poor quality to you.

I like everything about this bag. I have a lot of things to carry but, not enough pockets. This bag is just the right size and you can carry it in different positions. The zippered compartments work great. I have had compliments on this bag and that just shows you people are always looking for quality products and this bag is a quality product.
