This product is overhyped and useless - it doesn’t even connect or WiFi despite repeated efforts to try and do so on the recommended 2.4 ghz one. For all the details on the app this product doesn’t even show up On the app and one has to keep trying to determine the correct plug The entire process of Authentication is useless and completely unusable since nothing works.

So far very helpful. We needed a timer for a couple Halloween decorations outside but don’t want to be plugging and unplugging and this product is exactly what we were looking for. Also we connected to our google home accessory

After one heavy rainfall, it was DEAD. Havent even turned it on for more than 5 minutes. DEAD. Useless. Dont buy this. Rated to be outdoors but it isnt. Unfortunately my window to return it is closed. If you are the manufacturer, stand by your product and replace mine with a working one.

It worked just fine with their App, but I do not want a single App for a single use. I bought this because it said it worked with Kasa, could not get it to connect to the Kasa App. I ended up getting the Kasa outdoor outlet.

Haven’t had any problems. Took a little to set it up.

Actually I am very pleased with the caster wheels.

Seemed to work fine for the first few months, but now has stopped connecting to WiFi, which renders it somewhat useless. Based on the price, I would have expected it to work much longer.
