Bought these because theyre supposed to work with Alexa. Ive tried Orbi, Netgear, my ISPs Wi-Fi router and an Apple Airport and these wont connect to any of them. They all support both 2.4 and 5GHz and my other IoT devices that claim to only work with 2.4Ghz connect just fine.

I love these plugs! They were easy to set up and I have had no issues. Good quality!

They had worked flawlessly since Dec 2019, but when we switched from Xfinity to ATT Wireless this week (May 2022) they could not be reconnected despite following the Teckin procedures. Like other reviewers we used them for Christmas lights and lamps. Downloading the Smart Life app was easy and connecting each smart plug to the network went well. The plugs were recognized by Alexa and their use was well integrated in our home, with schedules for auto on and off.

Can not get plug set up even after following instructions on SmartPlug app!

They worked fine with the TECKIN app, but then you need to install the smart life app then Alexa might see it, I didnt want to give WiFi access to 2 more apps, Alexa is bad enough.

I got these to use with my Alexa and even after downloading the app and following instructions, switching my router ghz etc, I could not get these to effectively work well with Alexa. Returning, wouldn’t recommend if you’re using Alexa

I received my products today and as expected they work. They are really nice and efficient!! I really recommend.
