> 24 hourOn the first one I bought, the left outlet didn’t allow the plug to fully go in (maybe 2-4 centimeters were still exposed). I got a replacement, and although both plugs go into both, the outlets are extremely loose. I’m using this for my hair straightener and curling iron (remote off if I forget to turn them off) and because I’m constantly moving the cords, the loose-ness was an issue. My straightener operates by a button so every time it got disconnected from power, I have to click the button again to get it to turn on. Not a huge deal except when I’m doing my hair I can’t see the button so I wasn’t aware it was off until it had been off and the hot tool was becoming cool (wasn’t straightening my hair). I love Meross products and I’m going to try another dual smart plug they have that’s a couple bucks more. I tested the original outlet when I got the replacement and I realized the replacement had loose outlets, to see if they original has the same problem, and it did.

> 24 hourOutlets are loose and items won’t stay plugged in, and loses WiFi frequently. Integration into Apple Home during setup was a major hassle, and must have taken 10+ attempts. Firmware update made no difference. I’ve had luck with their outdoor multi-plug and HomeKit, but I would skip this one. Updated 01/06/2023: Without any prompting, a Meross rep reached out to offer a full refund. Five stars for excellent customer service!

> 24 hourI thought these would be great. Connect Easily to homekit, right until they quit working completely and will not connect to homekit at all. Absolute waste of time and money.

> 24 hourMaybe better on a Android based os. On a crApple 13 not so much. Sure nice and easy to get it to connect to the Home App. It wants you to download. But you can only use it as an on off switch. The Merros App will not connect at all. Ive setup and reset and reinstalled. Id really like someone to show me the trick here. I need to control devices on set schedules Im not so lazy I cant get up a physically flip a switch. Dont need an App for that. Poor instructions and videos info is fragmented at best on Y.T.. I have some of the IHome ones that I use during Christmas that work flawless but they are well past packed away. Probably would have taken me less time to dig them out.

> 24 hourWorks great, didn’t realize it would control two different switches on the same automation plug. So far so good. Works good for Home Kit

> 24 hourWould not recommend to anyone. The first plug I tried to connect wouldn’t connect to my home app at all. Kept giving an error saying it could not find item. Than I tried the other plug and it connected just fine got it all set up and no more than 3 minutes later it’s stoped responding and could reconnect. Don’t waste your money on these cheap pieces of garbage.
