This was the perfect plug until it wasn’t. Six months after purchase-it has decided to stop working.

This was a difficult piece to connect ended up not using it

After struggling multiple times, I was able to connect it to the phone. The app is simple to use. Now I will see how long it lasts

Overall a great product. too bad I made a quick purchase without fully reading the description and reviews. I have 5G wifi in my home and this only works on 2G wifi. Didnt want to return so I plugged this into my kasa wifi single outlet that was 5G compatible.

Worked for a couple of months and then it just stopped working. The reset button did nothing. Im so upset about this!

this seems to work pretty well (time will tell as i had other plugs go bad after 6 mo)) it was real easy to set up...app very user friendly..i like the fact i can set sched for individual plugs.. well.. 2 months in and it quit! Nothing wont power up at all! This uses the gosund app and if its their product. Totally garbage! I bought one of their battery fans directly from website.. it too completely failed.. lucky i did get a refund.. but looks like here i guess not DO NOT BUY!

I worked excellent aa intended, do mind your alexa options cause it can turn off your switches suddenly as a normal power saving measure

Product was great until it shorted after being used for only a week. Didnt exceed power at all. Didnt even utilize all plugs/ports. Very disappointed.
