Getting these types of things usually require crossing my fingers that the smart app connects right the first time. This device connected almost instantly - leaving me a lot of patience to work through the rules.

I’ve had to reconnect us half a dozen times now. I have also contacted Alexa For help regarding this issue. They had no answers for me I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Alexa app. I have performed all possible troubleshooting options. I don’t know what to do it’s worthless at this point. Very unhappy

I can shot the tempature control alarm for my fish tank to be shot off if it goes on when Im away from home.

I wish I bought more of these when they were on super sale! They are perfect next to the bed for anything you need to plug in. Easy integration with alexa

Love the extra outlets and versatility

The wireless app did not work great wirelessly controlled. The voice part with Siri did not work at all.

After struggling multiple times, I was able to connect it to the phone. The app is simple to use. Now I will see how long it lasts

The product is decent enough for a $20 “smart” power strip. However, the box was not sealed, and partially open. When I opened the box, the product appeared to have been repacked as if it was returned. Cord was not wrapped, electrical prongs exposed, and instructions were crumpled at the bottom under the product. Once I took it out of the box fully, there was a rattling as though an internal component had broken loose. Otherwise, the product seemingly works fine and is ideal for its intended use.

Will not easily connect. Have tried to connect several times. Disappointed

I worked excellent aa intended, do mind your alexa options cause it can turn off your switches suddenly as a normal power saving measure
