This appears to be nearly identical to the original filter and plastic charcoal pellet thing. The plastic charcoal container actually seemed to be even more full than the genuine product it was replacing and the mesh was a bit more dense so maybe it will be better than the genuine pair of filters. It fit snuggly into the air purifier and so far Im very pleased.

Size and performance of the filters

They fit perfectly in my air purifier is an excellent product. I give you a five star.

I wasnt sure when I ordered because some people said they were too small and others didnt, but truth be told... THESE ARE SMALLER! Anyone saying they fit Winix 2 great is full of it. There is a gap at the top and they fall out as youre trying to keep them in place to close it in. On top of not fitting, they have an awful chemical smell. Because I needed this asap I thought Id just give it a try, but I dont like that the filter isnt a secure fit, and the smell doesnt go away after letting it run. Not worth it.

Very pleasantly surprised! I hesitated to buy generic, but with all the positive reviews, I thought Id try them. They look exactly the same as the name brand, and fit perfectly. Ill let you know if they last as long.
