Smilyan 2 Sets 116130 Filter H Replacement for Winix 5500-2 Air Purifier, Includes 2 Pack Ture HEPA Filters + 2 Pack Activated Carbon Pre-Filters

I have a Winix 5500 which I purchased from Costco a year or so back.. either an incorrect piece was sent or the item in question does not fit. In either case, I am sending it back as the piece I have with me is too big for the Winix 5500 unit.

I think this filter is plenty fine for my air filter. It works and was the right size and filters the air.... what more is there to worry about?

Since I installed these filters the air that comes out of the machine smells moldy. Im just going to suck it up and buy the ones from the manufacturer now.

I can tell when it takes orders out the air such as smoke a serve this purpose. Well.

Once you have the machine, I strongly suggest you buy the backup filters right away. They can be hard to get as I have seen out of stocks a number of times. Buy the filters in advance to save headaches later.

Replacement filter

Purchased enough to go in 3 Winix-5500-2 air purifiers, 2 was perfect fitting & no noise, I fit perfect but makes some noise. I would purchase again.

I ordered these at the same time as the filtering unit. So , as far as rating this I cannot at this time !

Works really well...Curious why so theres so much charcoal when the one that came with the machine only has half the amount.
