The rotation work very smoothly, great view

The security camera is so easy to use! I love the solar aspect of it; it was my main reason for selecting this product. I did an initial charge a week ago and even in cloudy conditions I still have a fully charged system. I will be ordering additional units. The instructions say to point at a 10-15°angle, but I did more like 30° for broader coverage. Color, clarity and detection are all very good.

Order the two cameras for both front and back door protection. Follow the manual, very easy to install hardware and App, connect to WiFi . Charge the Camera: try one camera connects to solar panel, and one camera connects to Micro USB, both are working fine. Worry free on running out of battery power because the camera has internal 9000mAh rechargeable battery, which provides additional backup power to the camera when there is no sunlight charging the solar panel. Great to have solar panel camera, no electrical outlet need for outdoor camera now. The PTZ camera can swivel left to right 355 degrees, tilt up and down 90 degree, but it does not come with zoom in and out function, the app only has left, right, up, and down button to control. Two ways communication when press to speak in the app with people stand in the front of camera. Video and image: Motion senses and night version work great. When there is movement, the camera is live and records 10 sec or 20 sec video, 3MP HD, delivery clear image, either full color or grey white. When there is no movement, camera goes to sleep mode. No need to worry about raining day because the camera is waterproof.

I mounted the camera outside of my lake house since Im not there much of the time. I had the camera installed and up in running in less than 1 hour. The solar panel had plenty of cable so I could mount it in the best place to get the sun while the camera is located in the best spot to monitor the premises. I was concerned the battery would run low because of the lack of light this time of year (Dec) along with the cold weather in Maine. No issues, the battery is always fully charged. Its been a great experience.

My dogs keep watch in my backyard but there are times when they are just excited. I can open my phone and check all over.

I bought this camera because the one on my Ring doorbell is not very clear. So far, the unit has been installed and I have not had the need to charge the unit for the last 2 months. The solar panel seems to be providing enough juice to keep the unit working. I do see the battery percentage is dropping but its due to the weather in my area. The images are great during the day but gets a little grainy in low light but you get what you pay for. Im ok with the quality for what I need it to be. Install was a breeze and the app that came with the unit is simple and intuitive enough for an average Joe with little tech knowledge. So far, happy with the purchase as it met my needs to see whats going on at my front door. If you are under budget for a security camera, you can consider this.

It’s fine

I have 2 of these cameras (one is being shipped at time of this writing 1-30-2023) and Im happy with it except for one thing. The solar panel will not charge the battery to 100% in 8 hours. It will take two 8 hour full sunny days to charge the battery with very little use of the camera during that period. My battery was at 19% when the solar charging started. i still like this camera for the price. if the company will provide a larger solar panel to fix this problem, then I would give this camera 5 stars.
