The quality is great for the cost. Picture and alerts are great. Only deficit, the solar panel is not as sensitive for charging the camera as I would like. Placement of the actual panel is crucial to facilitate charging which may require an extension of the included wire depending on placement.

Great option for peace of mind, but definitely could be better picture quality. It does detect every single movement so if notifications are on you will get 100s a day.

I use the camera for home security and couldnt be happier.l (started with just one to test it out and now I bought and operate six; swept it when it had a limited sale). Seriously the best camera. I tried one then bought five more to get all corners around my house plus Indoor mud room. Once installed no need to pay monthly fees and hence better than Ring. Ft. talk two way, ability to turn camera remitely, and solar panel were the main reasons to choose over others in terms of functionality. Most highly recommend, I feel safer.

I bought this camera because the options that have are very incredible, the price was a good deal, the solar panel is awesome and was the first reason because I bought this camera, then the quality in 2K HD and the view in the night is amazing. Also the option 360 view is excellent and the detection motion is very important because I can get the notifications in real time. I love the zoom because I can point in any direction, so can save up to 5 preset directions. To record in the camera continuously, I needed to install a micro SD card. Or you can subscribe to the service which is not expensive. I recommend this camera for everything offers.

Update: Mounting was easy. I had someone do it and they had no problems. The unit does exactly what it says. Pictures are very crisp. I have had to contact customer support and they are very prompt. I am having 2 issues though: . There is supposed to be vehicle recognition, after 20 times but I cant seem to get that option. . Sometimes, when.i use the app to get a live feed, it says connecting and does not load. I have the solar panel attached and I think it has to do with cloud cover and poor sunlight on the day. But, Im impressed enough to order a second one for the backyard. Update: Have not mounted, but turned on to test video and features and set up the app. The instructions are very easy to follow and the prompts from the app are helpful. There is one part of the manual that doesnt hold true but its not a big deal. The units app interface is very easy to learn. (Taught it to my elderly mother in 10 minutes.) The panning works really well. The pictures are crisp. The night mode is also crisp. The microphone to speak to visitors is very loud. Hearing them is a bit low though. (Maybe I need to fix something.) The white light is so much brighter than I would have expected. The siren is a pretty decent volume as well. The ports are securely covered with very well fitted plastic covers. The unit seems durable. There is the option to purchase a plan to upgrade the features so that people, pets, vehicles and packages can be memorized. Havent decided on that as yet. Had to contact their customer service for a question and it was easy, and I got a helpful reply in good time. I bought microSD cards to use with it and am not yet sure how well that part will work. But am already considering buying more for other areas of the house. Next review will have the mounting and actual use.

Very easy to setup with easy to follow instructions. You can program different length of video clips The area I mainly observe has some lighting and infra red helps make out whats there. You cant zoom but the camera is good so you can magnify interesting parts of the image giving the effect of zooming. The flashlight function is available but would also give it away and make animals run off. I highly recommend this camera. It swivels yielding a 355 degree view with a solar panel attachment you can place with it or you can place it a bit away. It has a SD card port for optional use. I mounted the camera under the eve and the solar panel a few feet away and I got a suitable USB extension cord and it stays 100% charged even during week long bad weather. I am impressed.

Easy install and set up. Wi-Fi is too weak in the spot we chose so I will be trying a wifi range extender… Update: the Wi-Fi extender did the trick for an extra $35. Camera works well.

Haven’t had a chance to install yet but so far setup has been easy enough.

Purchased one for the side of the house. Only purchased one to see how well it works and will purchase again. The camera is great. It alerts when something comes into view. You can talk to someone through it or even set off an alarm. My husband loves it and planned to get another.

I wanted to say that this camera is such a bargain. I bought this Solar Security Camera because we were having leople enter our property whilw we were away. Our previous camera was a static camera and only had one viee. Plus we had to run a power cord into the hous. This camera has a solar panel. It has not dropped below 90% charged since we installed it. The picture quality is amazing and we are able to pan the camera to change the view. It worked so well we bought a second one! Highly recommended!
