> 3 daySo, out of the box these headphones sound awful. You need to download the Sony headphone app and EQ them. I personally found some very good settings on reddit which bring these headphones to life. Once eqd properly the sound is fantastic for a pair of wireless, closed-back headphones.

Probé con varios dispositivos (móvil, tablet, portátiles) y distintos programas de videoconferencia (Meet, Webez, Teams....). En todos sucedía lo mismo. El servicio de atención al cliente de Sony nefasto. Complicado hacerlo peor. Desenteniéndose del asunto argumentando que el problema será de las aplicaciones de terceros, dado que no me sucede con llamadas. Afortunadamente Amazon ha respondido de forma excepcional, como suele ser habitual, facilitando la devolución.
