A perfect overall experience, but i faced some disconnection issues

These headphones are amazing. Excellent sound quality and superior noise cancelling. Besides Marques Brownlee recommends these on YouTube so was sold. These renewed ones look just like new and for the price, it’s such a great deal. So glad I bought these.

About 50 times per song, the headphones re-optimize. No way to turn it off, even if you turn it off in the settings.

This is my first time purchasing something refurbished from amazon. I am highly disappointed. Amazon states that these items are tested and etc. This item was clearly not. I let the headphones charge 3 hours, the first time, using the wire it came with. It lasted 2 hours with noise canceling on and bluetooth. I found it strange, so I charged it the again the next day 8 hours with the wire I use for my galaxy. I used the headphone with the wire to manually connect to my phone and noise canceling to see maybe if it was the bluetooth was a problem. The same issue, but lasted 1 hour. On the app it never showed the headphones past 10% charged. Sony states on amazon and there own website these headphones are suppose to last 30 hrs! With noise cancelling on. Also the headphones have a strange smell to them, and you can see they were clearly used, in 1 of my picture you will notice in the crack.

Box was open so I have to assume this was a refurbished model and was not labeled as such. Completely defective, will not charge when plugged in with a cable and AC adapter I’ve verified with other devices. I had this model of Sony headphones before, the light should be on whenever it’s receiving power. Buyer beware. Will update to two stars if I get a full refund when I return them.

Bulls*** I have the Chinese version of my headphones not the international version. This is a scam.

Bought to cancel noise from noisy co workers. Straight away had issues with right ear not working. Resorted to cord which didn’t seem to help. So disappointing will never buy Sony again.

I was sent these headphones and they were dead on arrival. They wouldnt power on so I couldnt use the wireless functions at all, including ANC. However, I was able to use these wired and the audio was good. Quite disappointed overall.

Overall a 5. Sound quality is excellent as is noise canceling. Very lightweight, which may also make them feel a little flimsy. Controls are built into headset, so not intuitive so read instructions. Definitely worth the extra money over almost as good competition.

I received the Chinese version instead of the international version. After 2 hours of scouring the trying to figure out how to change the language from Mandarin to English I did not find any thing about it. I finally gave in and looked through the app and found the English language driver. At the very least it was brand new head phones, but was not what the seller advertised. By the way the Chinese version does not have Google assistant or Amazon Alexa. So in the end of the day, the Sony headphones are one of best headphone I have ever owned. I would have given more stars if i had received the international version instead of the Chinese version.
