Greater than one weekI so wanted to love these headphone, they are a little uncomfortable not a bigee, but disappointed in the highly touted cone of silence inferred. I used them on the plane, plane drone almost gone but I could hear every conversation as thought they were next to me. Also the cord for plugging into a device was missing. I did try to call Sony support. Never got someone so disinterested in the problem but happy to make it my fault. I read that bloody manual TWICE and did not how to get to noise cancelling. He didnt think so. Also according to him...Sony doesnt transfer you to another support person, you have to call back. Not impressed with customer service either. I will be returning these.

> 3 dayThe product says certified refurbished. I dont know who certified it, because it wasnt Sony. If you click the warranty link, the sellers info says you can check the manufacturers warranty. What they DONT tell you, is that because this product isnt certified by Sony, Sonys warranty is COMPLETELY void. So there is really no point in buying these refurbished, because you have to then also purchase the warranty, which makes it about the same cost as brand new headphones from Sony. The seller was not willing to help with a repair or anything. They simply said it was my fault for not asking about the warranty. However, their page says to check the manufacturer. It does NOT say that the manufacturers warranty is void. So theyre deceiving/misleading people, and unwilling to help if they get caught in their lie.
