Used this to expand our dog fence, it works great so far. Carries the current extremely well. I also used some excess to rewire my trailer lighting which is also holding up great.

I have always liked Southwire and this seems like another good product, and the price is excellent. Im not sure if this wire is that good for working out. Ill let you know if I can figure out how to use it when Im jogging or lifting weights.
