This shower head is the bees knees! We replaced only the showerhead and not the shower arm to see if we liked it, and I have to say...we LOVE it!! We kept the existing shower arm in place and did not need any plumbers tape. We just unscrewed the old and screwed on the new. It was as simple as that! Now that we know we like it, we will replace the old arm and flange. The showerhead comes with everything you need: a showerhead, flange, 6 shower arm, a 2.5 GPM flow restrictor, two screen washers, plumber’s tape, and straightforward installation instructions. The showerhead itself was well-wrapped and protected. We ordered the Vintage Oil Rubbed Bronze, and it looks absolutely beautiful. It is expensive looking and luxurious but somehow looks a little out of place in our master bath. I guess we have to update the rest of the bathroom to match it! The shower experience is excellent. Perfect flow and good area coverage. I have always looked forward to my relaxing time in the shower, but now I will REALLY look forward to it. Excellent showerhead!

As long as your current shower head comes off easily, this shower head could not be easier to install. All you have to do is screw it in place. The instructions on the product page show the installer using their hands to tighten it. My hands are not what they used to be so I wrapped a soft cloth around the arm to prevent scratching the finish and used a pair of adjustable pliers to snug up the connections. Half a tug beyond snug, as we used to say in the Navy. The shower head provided a beautiful stream of water. You can somewhat control the force of the water by selecting different water reducers provided. We ordered the brushed nickel and it matched very well with our other fixtures in the bathroom.

I spent a little time this Sunday afternoon to replace my guest bathrooms old shower head with this shower head by SparkPod (see images). I had no difficulty installing the new shower head but I did have a lot of difficulty removing the original shower head and old shower arm. I actually spent more time removing the old shower head than I spent on installing the new shower head. I made only two modifications, I replaced the default 1.8 GPM flow restrictor with the provided 2.5 GPM flow restrictor as this is our happy medium between using and conserving water. Also the provided flange wasnt as large as the old flange. Instead of having to worry about painting the bare area the new flange allowed, I just reused the flange from the old shower head as it covered the unpainted areas just fine. Overall, were all happy as this shower heads rainfall shower as it provides a much better experience than the old shower head. Our family guests will be happy that we now have the new shower head installed.

Installs very easily, has really good pressure and water flow. works as expected. color goes nicely with any bathroom

If I could mark this as 4.5 stars, I would. My husband loves it, I like it. The size of the showerhead is great - the big size allows for a large stream of water - great! I would prefer a bit higher pressure, though, as it takes longer to get shampoo out of my hair. My husband has much less hair so he doesnt notice it. Its a big improvement over what we had - so this is an upgrade for sure!

The shower head has great water pressure. BUT our water bill went up 20%. Also our brand new bathroom exhaust fan cant keep up with extra moisture this thing creates. Unfortunately it wasnt worth it for me.

I got this for my bathroom project that Im building for walkout basement. The product itself looks really nice and feels it will last for a really long time for a little used bathroom.

This review is for the bronze model - the color is great. and exactly matches my existing bathroom fixtures. If you use the 1.8-gallon restrictor , the water pressure is OK (like all shower heads), is great with the 2.5-gallon restrictor or if you really want fabulous water pressure, remove all restrictors. The water pressure has nothing to do with the product, but rather the restrictors you are comfortable using. The design of the show head is excellent and looks great. The manufacturer instructions are simple, any novice can easily install this shower head. Bonus, the manufacture includes plumbers tape which is a really nice touch. No tools are needed to install the product, except maybe a wrench if you dont have the hand strength to tighten firmly. The parts are all metal and the shower head is heavy plastic, which I only knew because I carefully read the parts list. If I had not read that, I would never have known. Pros - Excellent design, terrific value, easy to install. Cons - After turning off the show the shower head drains and takes about 45 seconds to stop minor dripping. I highly recommend this product; it stacks up against similar shower heads that are 2 to 3 times more expensive and does and equal or better job.
