I installed this using the 2.5-gallon restrictor. This showerhead is plastic but looks like real nickel and blends almost perfectly with all of our existing Delta nickel fixtures. The water pressure, in my opinion, is perfect; nice steady stream without being ridiculous. I did not use the included extension, just screwed the head onto my existing extension. My biggest fear was that my wife would not approve but turns out that she also loves this showerhead.

I spent a little time this Sunday afternoon to replace my guest bathrooms old shower head with this shower head by SparkPod (see images). I had no difficulty installing the new shower head but I did have a lot of difficulty removing the original shower head and old shower arm. I actually spent more time removing the old shower head than I spent on installing the new shower head. I made only two modifications, I replaced the default 1.8 GPM flow restrictor with the provided 2.5 GPM flow restrictor as this is our happy medium between using and conserving water. Also the provided flange wasnt as large as the old flange. Instead of having to worry about painting the bare area the new flange allowed, I just reused the flange from the old shower head as it covered the unpainted areas just fine. Overall, were all happy as this shower heads rainfall shower as it provides a much better experience than the old shower head. Our family guests will be happy that we now have the new shower head installed.

We had a contractor install a walk-in shower stall for my mother’s bathroom, and the shower head he installed blasted water on her and on the floor when she reached in to turn the water on so it could warm up. It wouldn’t angle down enough to prevent it from happening. Not good! I replaced it with this SparkPod Rain Shower Head and the problem was solved! This one has enough swivel adjustment to point down and to the side so that she doesn’t get wet turning it on, and it’s not pointed right at the open shower door. The gentle rain pattern is better suited for her than the higher pressure head it replaced. It has an attractive finish and although there is a lot of plastic in its construction, it has a quality feel and look. Installation was a breeze and all the needed hardware was included. I ended up using the shorter shower arm that was already installed, since the 9” arm that was included would have put the shower head too far from the wall in the shower stall - wouldn’t be a problem over a full size tub. I would highly recommend this shower head if you are in the market!

This shower head was well made with quality materials looks sleek and expensive but it’s reasonably priced and definitely out performed my expectations. I definitely recommend this product.

I replaced a small trumpet shaped fixed showerhead with this one. The previous American Standard showerhead was much higher build quality (all metal), but thats where the positives ended. It was a mediocre flowing showerhead with really limited range of motion. The Sparkpod is a nearly exact gold match (which is good because I was not able to get out the previous shower arm), and has much better flow and directionality. I initially tried with the original low flow filter but found I needed to switch to the higher flow filter. Both were adequate pressure-wise but we preferred the amount of water with the higher flow. I wish there wasnt two logos on the showerhead but the small lightning bolt is unobtrusive and the brand name can be rotated to face up or away, so not too bad.

Our showerhead in the new apartment had horrible water pressure. After installing this new one, water pressure is basically at firehose levels and its absolutely glorious. Worked like a charm and now I can enjoy my showers again! Plus, very wide surface area, which makes it even better

As odd as it is to love a shower head.... I love this one. Installation is simple and easy (as with most shower heads), and it looks nice. It matches the oil rubbed bronze Delta fixtures in my bathroom just fine. Where this shower-head really shines is its ability to customize the water-flow and pressure. Realizing that the overall water pressure will be dependent on the pressure available in your home.... this one works great in my home. It comes with essentially 3 optional screens... one low-flow, one high-flow, and another that is effectively wide open (which is the one I chose to use). Granted, youre going to use more water, so it may not be for the uber eco-conscience, but I love the ability to utilize my homes full water pressure in my master bathroom. Ive never felt cleaner, and the shower heads large diameter turns shower time into a spa like experience... like I said, I love it. Overall, highly recommended.

If I could mark this as 4.5 stars, I would. My husband loves it, I like it. The size of the showerhead is great - the big size allows for a large stream of water - great! I would prefer a bit higher pressure, though, as it takes longer to get shampoo out of my hair. My husband has much less hair so he doesnt notice it. Its a big improvement over what we had - so this is an upgrade for sure!

Brings a higher quality shower to an apartment bathroom. Installation is easy, pressure is good. I’m a novice with home stuff but this was easy peasy.
