Dries way too fast, and I feel like I wasted a lot of ink because of that. Very watery and splotchy -- print edges are not crisp at all because of it. If you use it you should use it on paper only and work very fast. Only pro is that cleanup is very easy.

the blocks are very very hard..difficult for a kid to cut thru..he is 13 years old, but had trouble cutting the design..otherwise, it is a fine kit.

So how do I go about contacting someone to get my 6th color. My set only came with 5 colors, I am missing the gold color.

This product is nice, but the ink dries very quickly so I recommend using some retarder to slow down the drying of the ink, especially if youre planning on printing large editions. Also, it doesnt seem to work very well with battleship linoleum so I would recommend using it on woodblocks. Clean up is very easy with just soap and water.

Great for kids printmaking projects. We used this to do printmaking with foam printing plates in conjunctions with the Melissa and Doug Block printing paper. The ink does come out pretty thick, but its no problem making vibrant prints. Just make sure to thoroughly ink your plates and not wait too long to print. No complaints for the variety of colors and amount you get for this price.

They are really small amounts for the price but it is good quality. Since it was for an art class of 20 students, it wasnt enough!

This ink is fantastic, my only complaint is that its so expensive and doesnt last very long if you make a lot of prints like I do. Ive tried the cheaper inks on Amazon and they were horrible. I gotta say these are vastly superior inks that give a truly beautiful result. I block print and rubber stamp print on paper and fabric and these work very well. I also use the speedball metallics which are amazing mixed with these to make shimmery colors. I also mix them a lot and layer them to make different effects and it comes out great. It just takes a bit of experimentation! The photo shows The result of one such experiment.
