    Works perfectly on plastic routing

I really hate having to say anything negative about SpeTool as I have used plenty of their products in the past and have been generally very satisfied, but this thing was a very fast waste of money. Decided to test it out in a thin piece of pine at low feeds and shallow doc, and the end mill snapped within the first 30 seconds! Most likely will not buy again!

I used this to cut slots in an aluminum extrusion. It worked much better than Id expected.

I run lots of different bits and this brand is one I can for the most part count on as being a decent bit. Not the best but not the worst brand. I have had pretty good luck with the brand but have had a few that didn’t last very long or just not up for the job. They are not super expensive but not cheap ether. With so many choices I can usually count on them. If i am doing a big job or something that is really precise i don’t use them I will use a brand I trust a bit more. Not saying this is a bad brand.

Carve like butter. This bit was surprisingly great on the xcarve. I had no issues.

Looks like a quality bit, but cut quality is terrible. Not sure if I just got a bad one, but it’s useless unless you want to sand forever.

I ran this faster and deeper than I thought I would be able to. Ramp into your material, and use a nice cutting/cooling fluid, and go for it. Nice bit, really.

THE O FLUTE ROUTER BIT

Why choose O Flute

Compared to other flute styles, the cuts are cleaner, plunges are deeper and chips are easily directed up or down, depending on the type of spiral you choose. If you work primarily with plastic or aluminum, you’ll be happy to learn that heat is dispersed more easily with the O flute bit and it stops weld back

When choose O flute

If your material has a low melting point, a Single Flute Plastic Cutting End Mill is a good option. This tool has a larger flute valley than its two flute counterpart which allows for bigger chips. With a larger chip, more heat can be transferred away from the material without it melting
