> 3 dayI love the compartments and storage capability. However, there are not good wheels on this suitcase. It does not spin straight and very difficult to maneuver ! I would love to return it as it really sucks!!

> 3 dayThe only carry on that keeps all my clothes organized and remains lightweight! Classic style, ease of transport and quality production! Already own other Briggs pieces so this was a no brainer!

> 3 dayI started with the 21 inch bag and it lives up to the hype. Yes, it is expensive but this is a case of getting what you pay for. The wheels are great especially when going over carpets, my wife has an AWAY bag and the wheels always drag on carpeting, now I just bought her one of these. The compression system defies logic but it works. I open the bag, extend the bag, pack, zip and compress. Although they tell you not to, on one occasion on the medium bag I checked it through extended because of all the stuff I bought and it made it fine.

> 3 dayThis thing works great. That said, I probably could have gone with a less expensive bag and had similar results. The Travelpro platinum series for example, if the lifetime guarantee is your thing. But they were sold out. I like that I can either ship it to be repaired, or, just buy $15 repair kits for just about anything (wheels, handles, etc). With travelpro you have to call them. Briggs has them on their website. Only have to ship for zipper issues.

> 3 dayOverprice for what you get. For some reason the 22 inch spinner carryon does not glide easily like a Travelpro. You have to muscle it through the airport to get it to go straight. Unable to get any answers from customer support. They sent option for me to ship it back for repair. I would get something else.

> 3 dayIt wouldve been the perfect bag for short business trips if it only had a padded laptop compartment—preferably a 16-inch one for the MacBook. Other than that, it is great.

> 3 dayIt is extremely difficult to maneuver and I got the 26 inch! I cant believe how difficult it is to maneuver and I really dont care for the setup it has inside. For the price I dont know I guess I just wanted more. I will say that the product does seem like it was well made although it does have some threads hanging in places which again for the price you would not expect. I dont know what to do as Ive used it on one flight but I really dont want it... I might put it on as the first product I ever sell on Amazon LOL Buy something else, especially if youre a petite woman. This is super hard to move around an airport!

> 3 dayOutstanding piece of luggage, key kicker here: lifetime warranty. It is easy to move around, has a great design to pack for travel. If you travel a ton, this is a great one to have.
