St Joseph Statue for Selling Homes with Instruction Card and Novena Prayer Complete Kit

Just a desperate attempt to get my home sold.

Housing market in my area is changing fast, making it harder to sell homes. With this St Joseph statue buried, and saying the prayer as instructed, our home sold in 2 days! It’s worth such a small investment to have a quick sale.

We buried it after we were actually under contract just to ensure that it actually went through. It only took 3 wks.

The house was on the market for about 2 weeks and only one person looked at it. We planted this in the front yard and within a few days two people were bidding. We got over asking price. I’m not a huge believer in stuff like this, but it didn’t hurt!!!

Not sure if St Joseph sold our house or the fact that we price dropped $25k, but super cute idea and everyone had fun doing it! It certainly doesn’t hurt to try!

Funny enough, soon after ordering this statue, we received a call saying we had an offer on our house. What a surprise! Gave the statue to my grandson to bury anyway to hedge our bets. Unfortunately, he buried it in the neighbors beach and couldnt remember where. I hope they arent sad when their house sells unexpectedly.

I bought this for a home I was trying to sell for almost 9 months and literally five days after I put it in the front yard We received a contract and are getting ready to close! I honestly did not believe in this kind of stuff lol.

Sold my house within 2 weeks!

Thank you St. Joe! Did exactly what they said. Buried him between the sign and our home. Had multiple showings starting the day we put him in. Accepted an offer that week for full asking price. On closing day we dug him up and he now sits on our window sill in the new place.
