this stuff has been around for years, and I bought some way back...maybe 20 years ago. Needed some more now, and here it is on amazon. Fantastic, thick, sticky grease.

It smells pretty bad but does the job. It also keeps squirrels from climbing my bird feeder pole. 8-)

Good grease, does not dry out. used on elevator guide rails. But does have an odor that takes a very long time to subside.
