this is one of the best over the counter Calcium Lactate I have ever used...it has saved me from many of muscle cramps and it really works fast..if you chew em it works even faster.....and they really have no taste..well worth the price...

Standard process product are expensive for me but the quality cannot be beat. You dont have to be concerned if the product has all it claims to have, it does. I know this, because my body literally responds in a positive manner when I use these products and responds neutrally or not at all with other same products.
