It’s a good product, for healthy bones , I’d been out of it a while nice to stock up again. I’ve taken this for years.

I didnt notice any change in my restless legs or my ability to fall asleep. No better, no worse. Maybe with more time, things will improve. Sometimes it takes at least three months for changes to take effect.

The pills developed a bad odor after a month stored tightly sealed in a cabinet with other supplements. I never had a supplement suddenly smell bad before. They arent supposed to expire for years according to the bottle. Im not happy that I wasted over $60 on them.

I dont care if its easy to swallow or what it taste like. . What matters is this stuff really works on my neuropathy?
