Decided to buy the gray version for my wife cause she liked mine. Upon checking the bag after it arrived, it was missing an inside pocket to hold the external battery. Reordered the same item thinking that it was a deflect, but when it arrived, the same thing, no inside pocket. I rechecked the description thinking that I was wrong, but the description showed the same. UPDATE: Their customer service is quick and efficient. They understood the situation are sending me a new one without question. 5 stars are a good sturdy product and for their customer service response time!!
