Originally bought the black version of this bag in July of last year. Loved the make and the quality of the bag from the beginning. Decided to buy the gray version for my wife cause she liked mine. Upon checking the bag after it arrived, it was missing an inside pocket to hold the external battery. Reordered the same item thinking that it was a deflect, but when it arrived, the same thing, no inside pocket. I rechecked the description thinking that I was wrong, but the description showed the same. UPDATE: Their customer service is quick and efficient. They understood the situation are sending me a new one without question. 5 stars are a good sturdy product and for their customer service response time!!

The lock is very cheap and not useable

It was a little wrinkled when I took it apart. However, the wrinkled disappeared quickly after I put my stuff on！ The back pad is also slightly deformed, but fortunately, it does not affect the use. Similar to Swiss, extremely huge!!! cost effective!

I recently tossed my Swiss gear backpack after years of great service. Now that I work mainly at home I decided to cheap out a bit and look for something lower priced.Im so glad I did. The quality from what I can see is pretty much on par with the Swiss gear. While it doesnt have all the bells and whistles of the Swiss Gear it has most. Plenty of pockets, good (not as good) padding for your laptop and plenty of more room for other stuff. Ive used it for a few weekend trips and its plenty big. Maybe not for a winter trip with heavy sweaters bit plenty of room for a summer weekend with shorts and ts.. I highly recommend this backpack..

I bought to do some art in the outdoors. It has roomy pockets for bulky art stuff. The middle pocket is plenty big for my pochade box. Lots of room for paints, brushes and other art supplies plus a few boards and paper. There is a padded pocket in the back that my Mac Air or my iPad would fit in easily. It is a roomy backpack that is comfortable to wear and it really looks nice. Im sure you could find many good uses for it. It has two side pockets for water bottles or an umbrella. It looks sturdy too, nice stich-ing and good material. Looks somewhat water resistant. Im very surprised at the price. It is a great value for the money. The little giveaway lock works but I think I might end up buying a better one. Nice little free-bee.

My levi backpack finally gave up after 8 years but im loving this star cloud brand. There is plenty of room and pockets to store your phones, wallets, pens, pencils, clothes, books, etc. It also comes with a tiny combination lock and usb extension inside to charge your phone through the portable powerbank, which is huge. I can easily charge my gadgets with the extra feature. The material is like any other backpack out there. its nice and long so laptops or tablets fit in perfectly. I just hope the zippers are durable and last longer.
