I would recommend AGAINST buying this printer unless your application specifically supports it. Reasons: 1) Direct ESC codes dont seem to work 2) Documentation is useless 3) Support is non-existent It can be made to work if youre running windows or running CUPs, but dont buy it as a dumb receipt printer.

Printer delivered in good condition and worked great straight out of the box. The down side is that I was hoping itd be a white printer to match the rest of the POS system but got black. Other than that works great no prob.

A very capable printer. It is disappointing that the Square Terminal software doesnt take advantage of everything it can do.

Have not actually started selling yet, but setting this up was easy. Connects to Square with no problems. Able to customize receipts.
