We connected this to the Sauare system and it was easy and worked as stated. Be sure to buy thermal printing paper not the regular stuff.

Pleased with the delivery, setup, and function of this printer. So far, it has worked flawlessly.

I purchased this product to use with my Square Register so I could have a receipt printer at my trade show. Hooked it up before the show and everything worked fine, it printed one roll receipts just fine, it was fast and worked with square register. However after putting the second roll in, the product flat out failed, right in the middle of the trade show when I needed it most, and unfortunately this is the only printer compatible with the square register, a very slick set up by the way if the receipt printer would work. The only reason I did not give this 1 star is that it was very easy to set up and did work at first with square, I hope I just got a bad box and that when I exchange it the next one will work without a hitch. The only problem is I only use this when I sell at trade show, I dont use it in my daily operations, so I cant determine how reliable it will be, but the one I had failed after printing just 300 feet. I only recommend this product if you will be using with the square register that only this will work for, otherwise find a different one.
