> 3 dayI use this item to copy usb and the first time did great, then I went for a second time and won’t copy. I talked to amazon but my window to return just closed, they told me to contact the buyer because it’s still under warranty. I’m doing so, will update once I have a response from them.

> 3 dayWas excited to use this, but in my line of work, we use a wide assortment of USB drives. The copier will not work unless both drives are the same exact brand and model. If the drives vary at all, the copier rejects them. I have even had the copier not work with two Sandisk 64GB drives of the same model type and file system. Drives worked flawlessly otherwise. Do not buy this if you have slight variations in the types of drives you will be using.

> 3 dayI regret spending money on it, it doesnt copy on other cards other than the original. I wish it could have copied from 8Gb cards to 16Gb or 32Gb but that is not possible. It cannot even copy from an Adata card to Sandisk, both 8Gb. It can only copy to an IDENTICAL card with the original. I have some cards in Linux format that it doesnt even read even though it should copy every sigle bit.

> 3 dayI bought this about a year ago to duplicate some drives that are used to be load systems for our technicians. The original drives were Kingstons and I bought the same ones for the copies. I thought I had a bad unit as every copy failed. After exchanging the unit the replacement did the same thing. After working with their tech support they finally told me that they were aware of an issue with copying to Kingston drives. I switched to another brand for the target drive and had no problem. Would have been nice to know this up front. Asked support to let me know of software patches to fix issue but never heard back.

02-06-2025For my use, this unit has been absolutely perfect. Im making copies of a special operating system with its own file system, plus software, configuration files, the works...so the unit needs to do a bit-by-bit copy. I stuck my master USB stick into the source slot, plugged two empty USB sticks into the two duplicator slots, and didnt even need to hit start...it just began duplicating. All the copies have been perfect, they boot fine. Cant find much to complain about...it does exactly what I needed, and does so consistently.

> 3 dayWorks like a dream! Its fast, too! Copied a 2 GB thumb drives (2 of them) in less than 40 seconds. It was closer to 36 second, but I rounded up. I am very happy with this purchase.
