> 3 dayChanged to this size (L) of pad as it is bigger and more fitting for gaming. I would say M is fine for gaming but it at times feels too small, L is perfect for gaming.

> 3 dayLike all the other reviewers Im amazed by the sheer quality of the QcK+. Its big, it grips nicely to the desktop and it has a very low profile which I personally love. The surface is smooth and it does create some friction, Ive owned other gaming mouse pads that resembled having two ice cubes on top of each other, and while I totally agree that such a surface can certainly be a feature for some players I always felt it was a bit annoying and returned time and time again to fabric based mouse pads not only for the higher friction but also quietness. Now as to the size of it I find it rather absurd, if you lay it on the desk next to the keyboard in landscape and position the mouse in the middle of the pad youll find the mouse too far away for comfortable use, in all honesty Ive found that I use the lower left quadrant of the mouse pad much more than the remaining 3 quadrants, which leads me to my next point: that logo. Its simply placed in the wrong spot. The white material feels like the kind of stuff that is applied to a cheap stamped t-shirts, the texture is obviously different from the smooth black fabric and it will affect the mouse movement once you glide over the logo and the mouse skates hit it. This is easily solved by rotating the mouse pad in any direction, personally I have it in portrait fashion with the logo on the upper left, where it will simply not bother me *ever*. However I cant let that pass under the radar, and while I gave this product a very well deserved 5 stars overall I gave it 4 stars for construction quality. All they have to do is move that logo away from the most used area, it seems like a no brainer to me and it baffles me that something as simple as that eluded the makers of this amazing product. But I fully recommend the QcK+, you simply cannot get a better mouse pad at this price range, for gaming purposes or otherwise.

> 3 dayI use a mouse primarily for productivity - applications, photoshop, etc - and occasionally for gaming, and this mouse pad is exactly what I want. - Cloth surface provides a little resistance - its easy to move the mouse, but if you let go it will stop immediately. A mousepads friction level is supposedly a matter of personal preference, but I get the impression it is more based on application: a cloth pad like this one can find a target faster (99.9% of everyday use), while a harder / smoother surface can move in a certain direction faster (a component of many video games). As video games are not my primary activity, my preference is obvious. - Rubber base = easy setup. Some hard-surfaced pads are finicky in terms of what they will grip, and folding them will ruin them - not so with this pad. It always lays down flat and smooth, and has no memory of being rolled up or folded. - Thin. My palm doesnt dig into the edge, and, when on a small table, I can have my laptop halfway on top of it and the lean is imperceptible. - The right size. Its large compared to a normal mouse pad - maybe 50% larger in each dimension - but smallish compared to some gaming mousepads. It ends up feeling large yet not quite unwieldy. The size is appreciated - I no longer need to worry about centering the mouse on the pad, and my palm usually rests on the pad, not its edge. I think the $10 price is reasonable. I believe that this is one of many products that is priced according to design more than materials; too often, the designers of such products get arrogant and think their good design justifies a 50%, 100%, 1000% markup on cost, but not here. While Im sure this pad would still be profitable at a lower price, I feel good about giving a company $10 for such a well-thought-out product. I have only used this product for a few weeks, so I cannot speak to its long-term durability, though it certainly seems resilient so far. I will update this review if and when it degrades. One final thought - I usually dislike visible branding on my products, even stylish branding like the logo on Apple laptops, but I dont mind the logo on this pad. It isnt big, it isnt gaudy, and, so far as Ive experienced, a little credit is deserved. === Update 2018-02-02: mousepad is used up. Its moderately warped, the cloth is pulling off, the rubber is disintegrating, and I cant scrub out the dirt. Its been in a similar state for about a year, so, I put the mousepads durability at about 3 years of being used a few hours per day. Taking the rating from 5 to 4 stars because I expected better durability.

> 3 dayPretty smooth, great for gamers but its what you would expect for a cheap mouse pad. You want more precise aim then find something more expensive.

> 3 dayThought Id write a review since I purchased this beauty almost a decade ago and its still my favorite pad. Needs a cleaning? Scrub it wish dishwasher soap and hot water and its good as new. Ive had issues doing this on other pads over extended time; either the rubber base starts to fade or they will begin fraying on the edges. Pretty impressive considering that this mousepad doesnt even use fray-preventing stitched edges, which can be annoying.
