Greater than one weekReally to big to go between your teeth. I think Ill stick with the bamboo toothpicks I had been using

> 3 dayI got the Original thickness size as the thin ones seem too flimsy. I had the Invisaline procedure a few years ago and wear the retainer every night, so my teeth are evenly spaced. The original thickness works especially well after the pick warms up and becomes slightly flexible in my mouth. Some plastic picks work well too but are horrible for the environment so these picks are my go to now.

> 3 dayThis is a fabulous item that works easier and more efficiently than floss. When I go to the dentist for cleaning, I never have a plaque problem

> 3 dayI cant use dental floss because no matter how careful I am it causes my gums to bleed. These wooden pyramids do a great job of maintaining gum tone with no bleeding.

Greater than one weekOK, so maybe its not exactly a toothpick, its an interdental stimulator and plaque remover. Toe-may-toe, toe-mah-toe. How about this: Ive been using them after every meal for over 30 years, to replace one of those rubber tipped, metal-handled gum stimulators that my dentist at the time (long since retired) gave me. My dentist and hygienist approve and say Im in their top few percent of patients. The mint flavor is mild, not overpowering, but thats fine for me. Tapered top to bottom and side to side, so they fit every space I have.
