Stimudents are an effective tool for removal of food particles from between teeth and for stimulating gum tissue. Once moistened in your mouth, they generally don’t break unless used too vigorously. They are as effective as floss and water pik.

These picks are reasonably sturdy. I have been using them for years with great results.

I got the Original thickness size as the thin ones seem too flimsy. I had the Invisaline procedure a few years ago and wear the retainer every night, so my teeth are evenly spaced. The original thickness works especially well after the pick warms up and becomes slightly flexible in my mouth. Some plastic picks work well too but are horrible for the environment so these picks are my go to now.

Ive been using Stimudents for years. They reversed my receding gums while removing food particles. I used multiple times daily rubbing between teeth 5 times each, then moving to next space between teeth. During the Pandemic, its more critical than ever to reduce visits to the dentist. This is not a substitute to brushing, flossing and mouth wash. It is a great addition, particularly important to reverse receding gum lines and to prevent Gingivitis.
