Ever since I started using these my dental hygienist wont stop commenting about how healthy my gums are. I told her I use these and she said thats probably why my gums look so great. Honestly though, I use these because they feel good and its an easy way to get food out from between my teeth... My only complaint is they do taste a bit...chemically? But not so much so that Im hesitant to use them.

I like that it reaches to the back teeth where the toothbrush is difficult to get to.

I have been using Stim-U-Dent plaque removers for 30 years. Excellent for removing food particles and plaque. The picks are biodegradable. The price is right. I carry them with me daily. Easily fit in your pocket or purse.

My dentist gave me samples years ago and they are the best for your gums. I had a hard time finding them at the drug stores lately. They have a lot of plastic picks which are not helping to keep the gums strong. These wooden pick are extremely good for cleaning between teeth but also very good for the gums.
