I find this helps my sensitibe gums and does supplement flossing.

I discovered these in Walgreens a couple years ago. I havent been able to locate them in either Walgreens or Walmart lately so I was thrilled to see I could purchase them on Amazon.com. I bought extra so I dont have to worry about running out. The individual packets are so convenient to keep in places where you might need them - such as car or purse. I bought extra to share with family members and they like them as well.

Its basically a fat, soft wood toothpick with a rounded end and its perfect for gently running along my gums and in the grooves formed between my teeth. I do this after brushing. My dental checkups have improved I think because I take the time to use this product

I use these every day. Would not be without them. Great value for the money.

I have been using these puppies for 2 weeks, and my teeth look amazing! They are a little flimsier than I remember them in years past, so that is a fair critique that I saw from prior reviews and agree with. But my teeth (after about 1 week of near daily use) look like I just left the dentist! Im 38, and normally get my teeth cleaned 1 or 2 times per year. After regularly using these (combined an electric toothbrush 3 or 4 times a week - that I was already doing before), the difference in appearance is impressive. I have been looking for a way to help stem some gum recession and occasional swelling/sensitivity. Im hopeful (based on the cleanliness difference between floss and these) that I will see improvement at my next dentist visit.

Great alternative to plastic! Save the animals and use these instead of plastic flossers and brush picks! Wildlife rescuers an beach clean-up crews have been finding the plastic toothpicks in dead birds, fish and other animals. These wood interdental cleaners soften up very nicely once youve sucked on them for a minute--just follow the directions and youll see how well they work. My teeth are close together and these fit nicely between them, especially in those bothersome spots where food gets stuck. Theyre softer than toothpicks and unlike plastic or harder wood toothpicks, these soft wood cleaners never make my gums bleed. Give them a try.

Picks are very thick and hard to get between teeth. Needed to use 3 picks to do one pass of my teeth. Wanted to return these after using the first pick, they are not eligible. Terrible picks and you cant get your money back. Stay away.

Ive been using these for years and I know they have helped me keep the teeth I have left. My gums dont bleed the way they used to. Especially during dental cleanings. My dentist recommended them. However, the Stim-U-Dents that are made now do break easier then the ones Ive bought before. (I compared them to some I bought back in 2008 and the ones I just bought here do break easier) But they are still worth buying. Im just using more of them. Worth the extra money. Really cheap because I had some loose teeth and bleeding gums but since I started using these everyday,my teeth and gums are much improved.

Ive used the Stim-U-Dent Plaque Removers for years. Each individual packet contains 25, individual plaque removers, making it super convenient to leave individual packets in your car, bathroom, nightstand or wallet. Significantly better than plain toothpicks for cleaning between teeth. A definite must have!
