STRAUSS Bicycle Solar Tail Light

Just got this delivered, the look is really like its been used alot there are scratches and the branding is already almost gone, the light is pretty much ok ok but the built quality is questionable because if I received the light in such a state what would be the case in few days, not returning it since it takes them a freaking week to deliver in Mumbai and cant wait that longer again. All in all might not suggest it to people because I doubt if people would like to buy new stuffs that look old and worn out.

Major drawbacks of the product are as under: 1. The loop for fixing on the seat rod is plactic which is not strong enough, a Rubber or metal loop would have been better 2. the light can be recharged only by SOLAR light, no USB charging is possible 3. There is no indication to tell the extent of charge, none at all.

Overall a good product, Value for the price paid, Moderate brightness but sufficient during night ride, Easy to install in few minutes, Good thing is the quick release button which enables the easy removal of the light to charge it under the sun if needed, Also 3 modes of operation adds value to the product

I am writing the review after 6 month of usage. I am regular cyclist, recently rode 200km night ride and light was completely working entire night and supported. I highly recommended to buy this one. In simple word, buy once and fix forgot forever(no charging, no maintenance).

Good product does the job…I will update after long use

My first one got stolen so this is my second buy. Great product with no hassle of charging or batteries. The solar charger works well and the charge lasts a while. The brightness is pretty good.

Solar panel chrgs automatically even though my cycle is parked inside compound .i got freedom from charging everyday .TQ nice product easy to install and using since 15 days love it
