STRAUSS Bicycle Solar Tail Light

Bought as I didnt want to charge tail lamp n in case I forgot to charge, i left stranded. Reviewing based on 1 week use Pros: 1.Easy installation 2. 3 Modes of light settings 3. Charges automatically in bright light(big thumbs up) 4. Easy to remove and add back to strap. Cons: None faced so far Will post long term review after more use.

Today I have received the product. Package was delivered in a carton wrap package and items were intact in a blister pack. Its an economy product and priced high considering its quality. 1.Appearance looks good. Made of low quality plastic in finish. Looks very fragile and braket can easily be broken. Not scratch proof. 2. 3 modes of light can be operated by pressing the on/of button (Fast blink, slow blink, contineous light) 3. No need for battery as it has abuilt in battery with solar panel charging. No USB charging options available. 4. Easy to fix with provided clamp all you need is a Phillip screwdriver. 5. Light can be removed from the clamp by pressing the small clip fit lever in the clamp. 5. Brightness is good up to 25 to 30ft in complete darkness and in average darkness 15 to 20 feet is the effective visibilty. I will update once I use it for few days.

I have ordered it for my rockrider cycle. It fits perfectly on to the seat stem and have three modes. Brightness of the lights are ok for the price...does the job.one good thing is it needs no charging as it charges through solar.

Its worth than any other taillight. Using from last one year no problem. Water resistance too

Unit was delivered with a lot of scratches upon the entire body. Primary lock installation was easy, the bulb attachment clicks in well upon the angle arm. However, the angle arm never maintains its locked position once set. The whole arm slides down completely within 5-10 mins of cycling. At this point the light is not even visible. Would not recommend unless this arm issue is fixed.

Good product

Just fix and forget. It has slow blink, fast blink and steady-on state which activates by pressing the button a certain number of times. Additional: For 230 worth it(just wish it has thoese additional features like laser in solar as well) A front solar charged light would be great too.
