Hard to install but thas just so it wont fall out oe fit works like it should and is holding up

Just as it should be. Right part just not right price. Taxed a bit much.

Part was as expected, easily installed. Came surprisingly faster than expected.

This replaced my 2008 Subaru grommet that holds the hood prop to the firewall. I used a little Armor All as a lubricant and a small screw driver to push the edges in with gentle force to get it into place. Perfect fit!

Use a heat gun to heat the grommet a little bit before inserting or else you aren’t getting it in there.

Almost doesnt warrant a review because youd think its hard to get this wrong. But Ive been wrong before. I put this in my 2004 Impreza. Great fit, great quality, fair price.

Perfect fit so now the hood prop rod stays in its mount

I am glad this piece is even available. Stopped rattling noise from vehicles hood support.
