Subterra Backpack

I absolutely love this!! The back pack has no frivolous features, all are extremely useful. As always, top notch quality from Thule. I also bought the 34 L and though it gives you more space, I find the 30 L much more practical for most situations I use these in.

Awesome quality, extremely nice fit and finish. Perfect size for air travel. Very thin, but tall and a great fit for people with longer torsos. Overall I am completely satisfied with this backpack. Maybe the shoulder straps could be a bit more reinforced and sturdier because if there is a failure point to this backpack, in my opinion it would be at the shoulder straps.

Very slim and sturdy, perfect for my 16” MacBook Pro, accessories and some extra items. If you want a pack that isn’t big and floppy, but can still fit a decent amount of stuff, this is your bag. The water bottle holders on the side are slim as well....definitely designed for slim and tall water bottles. Great bag, and the colors are excellent as well. Very pleased.

This 23L is much better than its 30L brother. The laptop sleeve is easy to use, and everything is in the right place. Plus, I have a pocket large and at the same time small enough for my 15inch macbook pro power cable.

I purchased both the 23L and 30L Subterra to compare because I was unsure of the size (see the photo if youre interested in a side-by-side profile shot of both). I found the 30L to be more useful for me, day-to-day. I commute on the subway in NYC and need something flexible as things come up. The 23L was perfect if I just had a laptop to haul around -- but occasionally I have to bring home something from work (or to work - like my lunch). I also use my backpack when traveling and the larger version can fit a weekend worth of clothes where the smaller wouldnt fit.

Love this. Bought at an airport while waiting for my flight and it’s a big upgrade from my 5 year old backpack I had been carrying. I love the side pocket to pull my computer from and everything fits in really well.
